Packaging

Your parcels are carefully packaged with protective materials, such as bubble wrap, to prevent any damage during transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been posted, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can contact the post office after 2-3 days to track your parcel

Important Notes

• Once dispatched, the parcel becomes the responsibility of the delivery service.
• Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for parcels that have been damaged or mishandled by the post office or courier services.
