Delivery & Payments

We take pride in ensuring that your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. Below are the available delivery options across the island:

1) Shipping Options

• Delivery All Around the Island (through a delivery company): Rs 150
  
  

  • Deliveries are carried out on weekdays only.

  • The delivery company does not operate on weekends.

  • Please inform us at least two days in advance for both pickup and delivery arrangements.

  • Standard Postage: Rs 110

2) Packaging

Your parcels are carefully packaged with protective materials, such as bubble wrap, to prevent any damage during transit.

3) Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been posted, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (make sure you enter your email when checking out). You can contact the post office after 2-3 days to track your parcel.

4) Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

• Internet Banking

Payment details will be provided at checkout or via email

5) Important Notes

• Once dispatched, the parcel becomes the responsibility of the delivery service.
• Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for parcels that have been damaged or mishandled by the post office or courier services.
