Delivery & Payment

We want your shopping experience with Itsmary Botanicals to be smooth, transparent, and worry-free. Below is a clear breakdown of our delivery options, processing times, payment methods, and important policies. 


1) Delivery Options

Standard Postage — Rs 110

• Delivered via Mauritius Post
• Suitable for most orders
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days

Express Postage — Rs 130

• Faster postal dispatch
• Ideal for urgent orders
• Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days

Island-Wide Delivery Rs 150 

• Door-to-door delivery (home/office delivery)
• Available weekdays only (Mon–Fri)
• Reliable delivery partners 

 

2) Processing Time

• Orders are processed after valid proof of payment is received.
• Standard/Express postage is usually dispatched within 24–48 hours.
• Home delivery is arranged on weekdays only.
• You will receive a confirmation message once your order is on the way.


3) Order Changes & Cancellations

• You have 24 hours to request an order change or cancellation.
• Requests must be made via:
– Email
– Instagram DM
– Facebook Messenger
• After 24 hours, changes may not be possible as your order may already be prepared or dispatched.


4) Packaging

We take great care in preparing your order.
All parcels are securely packaged with protective materials: including bubble wrap / cushioning to help prevent damage during transit and ensure your products arrive safely.

 

5) Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been posted, you will receive a tracking number via email/IG/Facebook/Whatsapp
(Please make sure to provide a valid email address at checkout.)

Tracking becomes available 2–3 days after dispatch.
You may contact your local post office with your tracking number to check your parcel’s status.

 

6) Order Changes & Cancellations

• You may request an order change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Requests must be made via:
– Email
– Instagram DM
– Facebook Messenger
• After 24 hours, changes may not be possible as your order may already be processed or dispatched.

 

7) Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options:

• MCB Juice
• Internet Banking / Bank Transfer

Payment details will be provided at checkout (if ordered on website) or sent via email once your order is confirmed. 

 

8) Important Notes

• Once a parcel is dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service or delivery partner.

• Itsmary Botanicals cannot offer refunds for items damaged or mishandled during transit.

• For lost parcels, refunds will only be issued once the delivery service has officially confirmed the loss (this process may take up to 7 working days).

• If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately — we will resolve it.
